These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, and services operated by Compys AB ("Compys," "we"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may refuse or close accounts that violate these Terms or harm the community.

The service

Compys provides a platform for connecting talent, employers, and related parties. Features may change over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

User content

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant Compys a license to host, display, and process that content as needed to run the service. You represent that you have the rights to share what you upload.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• Violating laws or others' rights
• Spamming, scraping in violation of our rules, or disrupting infrastructure
• Misrepresenting identity or qualifications
• Attempting unauthorized access to data or systems

Fees

Some features may be paid. Fees, billing cycles, and taxes will be presented at purchase. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Third parties

The service may link to or integrate third-party tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those services.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, employment relationships, or outcomes between users.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compys and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Compys against claims arising from your use of the service or your violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, risk, or legal reasons. Provisions that should survive will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country say otherwise. Courts in Sweden have exclusive jurisdiction where permitted.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. We will post updates and adjust the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes may constitute acceptance.
